1. Controller

2. What we collect

This website measures usage (pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, device class) to understand which content is useful. Two services do that, and they are treated differently.

Vercel Web Analytics runs on every visit and stores nothing on your device: visits are counted using a hash derived from the incoming request, which is discarded after 24 hours, and the recorded data is not tied to an individual or to an IP address. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in measuring and improving this website.

PostHog, hosted in the European Union, runs only if you accept when asked. It stores a cookie on your device so that repeat visits can be recognised, and it is configured to discard IP addresses rather than keep them in analytics profiles. If you decline, it does not run and nothing is stored. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and section 25(1) TDDDG for the storage itself). You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

3. Booking a call

When you book a call, scheduling runs through Google Calendar appointment scheduling, provided by Google Ireland Limited. The data you enter there (name, email, company, your answer to what you would like to look at, and the time you choose) is processed to prepare and hold the meeting, and the meeting itself runs on Google Meet. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Calls booked before 26 August 2026 were scheduled through HubSpot, and those records remain in our CRM.

4. Email

If you email us, we process your address and message content to answer you. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted on Vercel. Server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) are processed for operation and security of the site.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15-21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact: hello@mapular.ai.

7. Client project data

Data processed within client engagements is governed by a separate data processing agreement concluded per project, not by this website policy.
