2. What we collect

This website collects usage analytics (pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, device class) to understand what content is useful. Analytics run on PostHog, hosted in the European Union. IP addresses are not stored as part of analytics profiles. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in measuring and improving this website.

3. Booking a call

When you book a call, scheduling runs through HubSpot (meeting scheduling and CRM). The data you enter there (name, email, company, chosen time) is processed to prepare and hold the meeting. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Email

If you email us, we process your address and message content to answer you. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted on Vercel. Server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) are processed for operation and security of the site.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15-21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact: hello@mapular.ai.

7. Client project data

Data processed within client engagements is governed by a separate data processing agreement concluded per project, not by this website policy.
