Quote Automation
Quotes out in hours, not days.
Requests come in, and priced, branded, accurate quotes go out the same day: assembled by agents from your price logic, checked by your people.
Your own baseline is the number that matters: the Blueprint measures the hours per quote before we automate them.
Who this is for
Companies where quoting means an engineer or senior salesperson spending hours per request in spreadsheets, templates, and old offers.
Start with the Blueprint
The Blueprint maps your quoting logic on a sample of real requests and past quotes, measures the hours each quote costs today, and prices the build as a fixed quote. EUR 4,900, credited in full when you proceed to the build.
You stay in control
- Your pricing stays your decision: agents assemble, your rules decide, your people release
- Margins are protected: price floors and approval thresholds are built in from day one
- Every quote is traceable back to the rules and inputs that produced it
What's included
- Mapping of your quoting logic: price rules, configurations, margins, approval steps
- Agent pipeline that assembles the quote from the request, your catalog, and your rules
- Branded output in your existing template: PDF, document, or CRM quote object
- Approval step where your people adjust and release, with every change logged
- Integration with your CRM or ERP so quotes land where deals live
- Training module: your team tunes the rules and owns the system
Ships when it passes
The build goes live when it passes the evaluation you approved. Until it does, we keep building at no extra cost.
You keep everything
Code, accounts, data, documentation. Yours from day one, with your team trained to run it.
Scorecards published
Every case study ships with its evaluation scorecard. You see what we measured, not just what we claim.
Common questions
Our quoting depends on engineering judgment. Can this still work?
The agent handles the assembly: reading the request, pulling positions, applying your rules, formatting the document. Judgment calls stay with your people, who review and adjust before anything goes out. Most quotes are 80% assembly and 20% judgment, and we automate the 80%.
What inputs does the system need?
Your price logic in whatever form it exists today: spreadsheets, ERP price lists, past quotes. The Blueprint phase turns that into explicit rules you approve before the build starts.
Which systems does it connect to?
The quote lands wherever your deals live: HubSpot, Salesforce, your ERP, or as a document in your template. Integration scope is fixed in the Blueprint.
