Team Training
Your team, fluent in AI.
Hands-on enablement built around your company's real work: your documents, your tools, your cases. Your people leave running things, not remembering slides.
Training is built into every build package too; this one is for teams that want the capability before, or instead of, a build.
Who this is for
Leadership teams that need a shared, realistic picture of what AI changes for them, and teams about to work alongside agents.
Start with the Blueprint
For training, the entry step IS the workshop: EUR 4,900 for the executive session plus one hands-on team workshop. Full enablement programs are quoted from there. EUR 4,900, credited in full when you proceed to the build.
You stay in control
- Built on your real cases: no generic slideware, no tool ads
- Vendor-neutral: we teach what works for your jobs, whatever the logo on it
- Materials stay with you, licensed for internal reuse
What's included
- Executive session: what to automate first, what to skip, the make-or-buy math
- Hands-on team workshops on your real cases, in your real tools
- Prompt and agent patterns for your actual jobs, documented for reuse
- EU AI Act literacy covered along the way, since the duty already applies
- A capability roadmap your team owns afterwards
- Follow-up: 30 days of questions included
Ships when it passes
The build goes live when it passes the evaluation you approved. Until it does, we keep building at no extra cost.
You keep everything
Code, accounts, data, documentation. Yours from day one, with your team trained to run it.
Scorecards published
Every case study ships with its evaluation scorecard. You see what we measured, not just what we claim.
Common questions
Who is this for: executives or the whole team?
Both, in different rooms. The executive session sets direction and the make-or-buy math; the team workshops build hands-on capability on your real cases. The entry package includes one of each.
Does this cover the EU AI Act training duty?
The literacy content is woven in, and you get documentation of who was trained on what, which is what the Article 4 duty expects deployers to show.
We would rather learn by building. Is training still worth it?
Then start with a Blueprint and a build instead: every build already includes the training handover. This package is for teams that want capability first, broadly, before committing to a build.
Sounds like your kind of job?
25 minutes: we look at the job together and tell you honestly whether this package fits it.
