Data Readiness
Find out if your data can carry AI, before you build.
A fixed-price sprint that tells you honestly whether your data can support the AI you have in mind, what it would take to get there, and what to fix first.
Most AI projects that fail, fail on data, not models. This finds out cheaply, before the expensive part.
Who this is for
Teams whose AI ambitions keep stalling on scattered, inconsistent, or locked-away data, and who want the truth before funding a build.
How it starts
This sprint IS the entry step: fixed price, on your real data, ending in a written readiness verdict and a plan. It sits upstream of any Build and its fee is credited toward one.
You stay in control
- An honest verdict, including no-go: a EUR 4,900 answer beats a EUR 50,000 mistake
- Your data is assessed in place, under your access controls, never moved without agreement
- The output is a plan you own, useful even if you build with someone else
What's included
- Inventory of the data sources a target use case depends on
- Quality, coverage, and access assessment against that use case
- The specific gaps that would block or degrade an AI build, ranked
- A remediation plan with effort and sequence, not a vague audit
- A go / fix-first / no-go call, in writing, on your real data
- Credited in full toward the build if you proceed
A verdict in writing
You get a clear go, fix-first, or no-go call on your real data, with the reasoning documented.
Assessed in place
Your data and systems stay under your control. Nothing moves without agreement and a DPA.
A plan you own
The output is a plan with effort and sequence, useful even if you act on it without us.
Common questions
How is this different from the Working AI Blueprint?
The Blueprint scopes and prices a specific build. Data Readiness looks one level down at whether your data can carry that build at all. For data-heavy or data-messy cases we often run it first; its fee credits toward the build just like the Blueprint.
What if the verdict is no-go?
Then you have saved a five-figure build and know exactly what to fix first. That is the point: an honest, cheap answer up front. The plan tells you the shortest path to ready.
Do you need to move our data?
No. We assess it in place under your access controls. Anything that needs to move is agreed with you first, with a data processing agreement in place.
Sounds like your kind of job?
